Publication in Communications Biology

The researchers Eva-Maria Zangerl-Plessl (PI) and Theres Friesacher (PhD student) have contributed to the research article ‚β subunits of GABAA receptors form proton-gated chloride channels: Insights into the molecular basis‘. The study was peer reviewed and published by Communications in Biology (IF 6.5, Nature Publishing Group) and is availably onlin here.

Collaborative research study was published in J. Hepatology

The research network around the principal investigator Tim Hendrikx (Department of Laboratory Medicine, KILM, Medical University Vienna, Vienna, Austria) published the study with the title ‚Soluble TREM2 levels reflect the recruitment and expansion of TREM2+ macrophages that localize to fibrotic areas and limit NASH.‚ The article has been been made online available by the Journal of Hepatology (IF 30.08)!) which is a TOP journal within the 5% in the field of GASTROENTEROLOGY & HEPATOLOGY.
